Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy

Our return policy is open ended, because we don't really have returns happen very often. Meaning that we hope you decided to make a purchase because it is an item you love, and made a mindful decision to spend your hard earned money on it.  Conscious shopping creates less waste and helps the planet.  Should you feel the need to return your purchase, proof of purchase is required and payment will be refunded in the same tender paid.

These items have lived a beautiful life, therefore there may be signs of wear or minor flaws, and will be described in each item listing, as well as priced accordingly. Give it a chance to live another life with you. 

Shipping Policy

All items shipped within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post. All items shipped to the U.S. will be shipped via USPS.

We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for all or any customs or duty fees that may apply.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Items will be carefully and delicately packed. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact hello@elizabethovintage.com with photos and we will see what we can do to help.
